the best video i saw to make a cheap snowskate that works well (sorry for my bad english)
damn, where was this video earlier, cool stuff, now I want to try it out too.
Awesome! Must make one, at least great falling practice
I saw this too late 🤣 I would just suggest foam or xtreme grip on top of your griptape
Thanks for the tips, cheers!
I only have a snowboard. Can I put wheels on it to make a skateboard???
Yes
no, don't, technically you could, but it's so not worth it for what you get, bad for cruising, bad for tricks, an all around terrible "skateboard". I know your comment is 11 old but i hope you didn't mess up your snowboard for this
Great idea thanksss
Good video
Hey I wanted to ask is it still completely possible to flip tricks or some shuvs and ollie's with this?
i saw lot of great videos of people doing it, i think that it is!
can u use wood rails?
Nice
Hey man please help me.
I am going on a mountain tommorow I have 1 old Deck, 1 brown Deck can I make any good snow skate with this??
Hey, I'm no expert on Snow Skating (or skating in general), but the boards I made work OK for the type of skating we are doing as can be seen in the video :D I think it depends on your skill level and size of the mountain! I only tested this on small hills. Also, this board works better on powder snow than packed snow - steering is easier. Wax the bottom for it to slide better. Let me know how it goes!
@@themakerfox539 I dont have any acces to those Metal thingies rn since I have to go tommorow hahah, so can I just use pencios and glue them to the Board down there
PathFinder PathFinder You can use 3M tape, but the pencils may break. Without rails you won’t have control, but you can use your board as a sledge. I’ve mounted plastic rails and they work fine.
@@ilciavoshould I try to find something strong instead of pencils?
PathFinder as long as they are smooth, wooden, plastic, or metal rails should do the trick. How did it go ?
where can i buy the aluminum profiles?
A bit late I know but for anyone else it's like flooring threshold/covers trip that you use between different types of flooring in the home.
hey my dude, ive been making these on UA-cam for a few years, i have some suggestions for you.;)
What kind of screws u were using?
Can i use something Else for the rails for example wood? Or wood sticks?
Yes! Use whatever you have to make the rails - they can be from plastic, wood or metal. My metal rails are good as they are thin and there is minimal drag, but try and experiment with whatever you have available!
@@themakerfox539 ok but how to get more grip on the Board i felt off a lot
@@zolux2884 use screws
@@matti3908 ok thanks!
