Put the grom headlight back. Its a grom at the end of the day. Not a parts bike. Keep everything grom besides engine an other important components. Just my thought though, other than that. Awesome build dude!

No, I'm not watching goonsquad but I prefer bikes over cars and that's why I think this is one of if not the most interesting build series because no one ono youtube have showed the process of swaping in a big engine into a Grom and then its by itsjusta6 witch makes it like 10x times better because the attention to detail with his videos is on point.
Someone doesn’t watch Supermofools. And even those guys aren’t incredible. It stars getting interesting when a UA-camr starts making things himself instead of letting it make and screwing it on by himself.
What I meant was that he makes really high quality videos and gets stuff done, i mean i make a lot the things for my bikes my self and it can be fun to watch something just get done and a lot of variation on the channel

The o2 sensor could be the problem with it not running right. People put spacers on cars to trick the ecm that the rear o2 sensors when they do a cat delete

It isnt running right because since you put that adapter on the exhaust the O2 sensor isnt long enough to get to the flowing air
Its for sure not the back pressure , its a four stroke .
Four strokes tune is effected by back pressure too.

Fun fact about gates, those square boxes are called loops, basically buried wire hooked to a magic box that notices when there is metal on it. The first loop you come to is called the free exit. The next loop and the one on the other side is called a safety loop, they just keep the gate from closing on your shit. Drive parallel on top of the first loop line and it should open.

Just a small fyi, that you may already know.... but I must lol. Seen you torqed down on the metal bushing for O2 sensor. It doesn't need to be extremely tight, due to heat shrink and expansion in the metal. Making it super tight during install will create a MAJOR headache down the road trying to remove it.

engine tilted that way, i wonder if the oil pump still does its job? i would use the stock rear exhaust and place the radiator with fans below the seat where your muffler is now and hide is with a plastic protector so the radiator doesn't get dirty or damaged and having a silent superfast grom.

Put a couple strong, flat magnets under your bike (like under the swing arm). it'll help with those gates and traffic lights not sensing you.
