Cheese & Marmite Pasty

Ingredient List:
500g premade shortcrust pastry
OR
For the pastry
350 g Plain flour
A pinch of salt
170 g Butter or baking spread
2 large Eggs
1 egg for glaze and seal
For the filling
1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp Butter
1 White onion
2-3 cloves Garlic
2 tsp - 2 tbsp Marmite depending on taste
A pinch of salt
350 g / 2 small baking Potatoes
150 g Cheddar cheese
