Cairo isn't too bad, it definitely helps to have the movement down first. If you want to learn the game I recommend to learn all the episodes first, then return to Cairo last.
Simply buy and download it (for PS3) from the PS Store. If you want to run the english version, I recommend getting the NTSC (american) version as it's the fastest version for english. To do so you need to make an american PSN account and buy it using that. If you use a european acc, only the PAL (european) version will be available for purchase.
