I use neurogenic scrub everyday my skin is normal , I use it to make sure every single trace of the press powder is gone . It works for me . I’m always surprise your skin doesn’t get oily Thru out the day cause you use a lot of products but you show me how you keep the oiliness away .

Use a Mens matte moisturiser, LOreal and Clinique and Dior etc do great ones. Works for me! Less spots, less blemishes no greasy fried skin! Careful to use sensitive products, and use a matte Toner, Avon do one! Also all matte make up, and minimal shimmer unless going clubbing! Matte face powder, 😍 etc! All matte! Matte primer! Now no shine on my Afro skin and a Matte primer keeps my make up on! UK 🇬🇧

Google can tell you do the difference in depth. Serum is for skin health. Primer preps the skin for makeup. It acts as a barrier between your face and the makeup
Serum is to treat your skin. There are serums for hyper-pigmentation, anti-ageing, acne, rosecea, pores, texture, hydration, etc. Primer is to protect your skin from makeup and gel up your make up apply and last longer from breaking down.

It doesn’t matter which combinations of skincare products or make up you use, or even how you layer those products. Oily skin can only be reduced at an internal level! You need to figure out why your body is producing an excess amount of sebum which is caused by an overactive adrenal gland. Best thing is to see a doctor and test your stress and hormone levels. Check if your hormones are balanced and your doctor can make recommendations for supplements if needed.
I just had to say this because the fix to oily skin is not a cleanser or exfoliator. You need to cure it internally.
