Thanks for the video. Your enthusiasm for your new trailer was so evident! When I got my camper I loved figuring out just what I wanted and what worked for me. You’ll love that part, too!
As usual I really enjoyed your video, you had a great 'shakedown' trip with your sweet little trailer. Next time you'll remember the coffee mugs and an extra cozy blanket. I look forward to your next adventure!
I remember when I got my first camper trailer. Previously, I'd backpacked and tent camped. The trailer was SO COMFORTABLE by comparison and it felt a little bit bougie for a the first few trips. That quickly wore off and I've traveled near and far. Now that I have a few years of trailering under my belt, I can honestly say ... I LOVE IT! I'm so happy that your 1st night in your camper trailer was so wonderful. I hope you two will have many years of happy camping and travels ahead. Congratulations!!!
I love that you love your camper! We named ours after our fav camping spot. You’ll get the hang of it and the great thing is you can stock the cooking essentials and won’t forget your coffee mug again.
Hi! If you are going to do a lot of desert boondocking, maybe get a small cordless leaf-blower type thingy, to blow all the dust off the trailer (and truck) before you open it up!
I've said this before and I'll say it again. Please, Please, Please publish a cookbook especially the 1 pot meals. When I make them I always go back and watch the appropriate video. I love them for the simplicity and great tastes.
Good video guys ! You both are gonna love this camper. For a long time. Sure hope I didn't scare you in Wal Mart yesterday . THANK YOU FRANK FROM MONTANA....
LOL! I always plan two meals for travel days. One is a crockpot or microwave meal and the other is a cookout fun meal. You never know what will happen. I love your little camper! I know you will to. I love cooking outside with my cast iron. Wood is my favorite, but even cooking on the Weber is great. We have a big firepit at home that we cook on too. A friend made me a neat Tripod for my Dutch ovens.
Your sweater is so great! You are going to love your trailer. The nice thing about rebuilding is you know every nook and cranny and can easily troubleshoot your systems when things go wrong. And it sure beats sleeping on the ground and out in the weather. 😅Great video!
My husband and I have a running Scrabble game. He beats me so bad. He uses all 7 letters frequently! But I keep playing game after game. When I do win it is great😊. Then begins his winning streak again. Good thing I love him.
Yay! The inaugural camper trip!! It must've felt so different than what you're used to with tent camping! Looks like you guys had a great time! Great idea to take it out for a short trip to test it out, see what you need and don't need for future trips. When you opened the door and saw the seat cushions thrown about, I immediately thought "you need some Velcro!" 😆 Best of luck on all your future trips and all the memories you'll make along the way 😊
The first couple of camping trips in a camper is a learning experience. Make sure you make notes in your phone of the things you realize you needed but forgot to add to the camper and try to leave them inside. Not important expensive things, of course. Before you know it, the two of you will be pros.
The nice thing about a trailer on a long trip is you get to skip the motels and the sky-high cost of it and you can skip the suitcases and just hang your clothes up, put them in the drawers, etc... no bulky suitcases to stow! I went cross country, coast to coast, and stayed in motels, noisy highway, noisy neighbors, horrible sleep and hauling suitcases, duffels, backpacks and laptop cases up and down stairs... no bueno!!! Next time I go long distance I'll have my van set up for overnights and just find a safe spot for the night, sleep in 'my own' bed and feel way more comfortable in my own space.
Oh my gosh! The algorithm hasn't pushed your videos to me lately, but I'm glad it finally did! Many congratulations on your marriage, wishing you a lifetime of happiness!
Amanda, you and your Hubby are so cute! Don't you just love calling your long time sweetheart "Husband" now?! :-) Thanks for sharing your little adventures! I love your Cozy Camper, you both did a great job!:-)

I love what you have and your husband has done. Now I really want a trailer 😅

Loved this video ❤ “ youuu dont kno how to play this game !?” was cracking up
I love camping and this looked really fun. My sister and her husband have an extensive "trailer packing list" there is not much they ever forget, lol.
What a beautiful spot for your first trip in your cute little camper! I loved yours and Nicks sweaters! Did you make those?!?

Maybe you have said, but how are your lights powered? Your frig? You are always such a positive source of energy!
Did you use your camper's heater much? Looks like you had a great time!

What drone did you use for your areal videos? They looked awsomez
Cool adventure! Glad it tested pretty well. I recommend a deck of cards and dice. This is not helping my interest in getting one.
Great sweater, did you knit that one yourself?
Sent to fast , was cleaning my glock and putting it back together. Waited for this video since 3 o'clock . THANK YOU FRANK FROM MONTANA.......
Can you please tell us where you were? We have a vintage Scotsman trailer and we are always looking for beautiful places to take her.
Amanda, you and your Hubby are so cute! Don't you just love calling your long time sweetheart "Husband" now?! :-)
Thanks for sharing your little adventures! I love your Cozy Camper, you both did a great job!:-)
I noticed you are limping. Are you ok?
