And he sings so well !
All singers seem to move more than ususal. I think it's the work of Clemens Haudum. He really is one of them.
As do many of the other singers, but this one especially. Apparently they all realize, correctly, that in the Baroque anything has strict meter and a strong beat (i.e., not recitatives) is a dance.
In the Evangelical church we would say he's feeling the Spirit.
Yes, he's really into it.

Brilliant. This is the concert which I asked the TKC website for the date, but never got a reply, so very sadly wasn’t able to see it live as in previous years. Perhaps more of the recital will find its way onto YT hopefully.

Agnes Erika Thank you for the advice, I will have to try to find another way of getting concert dates. I did see the TKC a couple of years ago when Christian Immler sang the bass role in the same piece.

Magnífica interpretación de esta cantata del Oratorio de Navidad del enorme J. Si. Bach. Me llama la atención la pasión del cantar y actuar del 7o soprano de la orilla hacia el centro, a la izquierda del Director...
