La Moyette's super light weight two place trike is fantastically interesting to me. As I've commented before the overpowered heavy trikes I hated, to the point I thought I'd wasted my money on my Sub 70kg "Nano lite". Finally after the two place training I got in the Nano and found it danced through the sky, the grin couldn't be chiseled of my face. A light weight trainer could give potential pilots an experience closer to the Nano they are thinking of owning. Also I'd love to take others up but not in an expensive heavy lump of a full size flex-wing, that's more a Gym workout than a flight... A light weight two place I'd do the training for and buy. Great flight again Giles 😎👍
Hi Blue good hear from you again. I fully agree that trikes have just become a bit too heavy and the refined feel has gone. As much as we can only teach on the Quantums (206kg base weight), they are as good as it gets for teaching for the lighter end.
A brilliant series on what looks an amazing event - and quite right to make it about the people rather than the flight line - much more interesting in so many ways!
That was perfect, Tabor couldn't stop laughing! 😆 The editing together of my ground footage with yours in the cockpit on the Demo was next level, seamless and professional. (Especially given it was from 2 different days haha)
Finally got internet connection, other than my phone, back Thursday afternoon. I have a lot of stuff to watch. Yours, Giles, I watched as soon as I saw them up. Really enjoyed Sun n' Fun through eyes!
@@GolfFoxtrot22 I'll do what it takes. Big financial hit to get the tree(s) off, and out, of the roof. Hopefully, we recover some, if not most, of that. Just keep the videos coming and the Nine flying!
Hello Giles! Great series! The Crow Island folks seem really nice. I’m glad you finally got some calm air down in Florida. Maybe someday you can come visit us in the mountain west part of the USA.
What a great series, and you ended it with a terrific video. I found the interview with Tabor to be very on point. It's true that "...training here in the States is the Achilles' Heal of this sport". To be able to train on a "light" trike will be so helpful, and training is the key. Can you train on these light trikes in the UK? I'm not sure if your rules will allow it. Anyway, this information certainly helps get the word out. Thank you so much.
Tommy Speirs …..will come visit when I come over to Scotland in July/aug . Still think trim system Would be an asset ! Lots of plans over here ..buying a airport for The toys !
Fun Times! Sorry I wasn’t able to attend this years event. Come back to USA again and fly Florida with me. Flylight is the future. Hope to grab me a Nine or PeaBee down the road. Until then it’s PPG gliders up!!!
Been looking forward to your video, it hasn’t disappointed, I liked the description of sailing motorbike that flies. What an experience that you have had. Really enjoyed. (Did you find your go pro)
Hi Ged, I'm so pleased you enjoyed the series of videos. It was an amazing experience. Yes I did eventually find it buried in a bag, thank you for asking.
I like it "At the top of mount stupid". Well the display looked good and showed the 9 off well. I am suprised we can make aircraft ceaper in the UK then they can in the US?!?!? Especially with shipping costs added.
They have only had it for 249 years and they have already broken the language. Tomatoes. Trunks. Schedules. It’s a never ending travesty! Good doughnuts, though.
Hey, thinking about taking the plunge into the sub 70 world. I would love to chat to you. I'm in Scotland and can travel. It would be such an honour to meet up and get a real download. Kind regards Malcolm

Long day at work and finally get home to watch this! Good times Giles! good times.
Hi Ian, I hope these videos will be a nice memory marker until you are solo at least.
Sailing a motorbike in the sky, I like that. Great interviews, great compliments, and blue sky flying. What a week you had.
I did like Ian's analogy for flexwing flying.
Congratulations on the presentation of your flight in the United States, very nice to watch your videos.
Hi Planet Terra, I'm glad you enjoyed the video and it was a pleasure to fly in America as well.
Can't wait to go Sailing to n a motorbike! Brilliant Ian!
I thought you'd like that analogy. Have you come down to earth yet?

Hi Mike, thank you for your kind words. It was an amazing week.
Thanks for the footage of a couple of the Gyro’s 😀
Hi David, I wished to get the demonstration flights but I wasn't able to land and get back or they flew first and I was waiting to launch.
Another great vid 👍
And a big thank you to Ian.
Cheers
Ian was an amazing sport to let me fly his aircraft.
What great time you must've had
Hi Chris, so many wonderful memories and stories.
Great footage again.
UK Ambassador Extraordinaire 😊
Hi Basketcase, I did try my best.
Amazing editing with the Demo Flight! Great video Giles as always, thanks for including me! Chris
Hi Chris, thank you so much for the ground footage. It's all in the edit. I hope you like the end part of the video 😜?

@crbrown79x it was from the same day, there were 2 lots of ground footage.
Oh that's right I forgot I shot the first one on your camera. It's been 6 weeks the memory gets a little foggy...

Hi Stone, I really want to help Tabor promote all the effort he has put into getting this training method up and running?
A great series mate, you did it justice. What's next, Oshkosh?
I don't think I'd actually want to go to Oshkosh, it's just too big...690,000 people.
Tommy Speirs …..will come visit when I come over to Scotland in July/aug .

The NiNE is still $25k over there. The other machines seem to start at $40/60k. I think we are cheap, in comparison.
@@GolfFoxtrot22 Never would have thought the UK could be cheap to the point of being half the price ish.
@@flyingkub the US market were genuinely surprised how cheap the Skyranger and the NiNE were and kept asking does that include the engine.
And the hang block is made out of aluminium. We gave you a language, please look after it. Loved following you on your sun ‘n’ fun trip. 👍
It was such a memorable trip, meeting some amazing people. It was a privilege to fly there and show off Ben's design.

We just made it more aerodynamic by removing the drag of excess vowels! Hope your enjoying the new wing Paul!
@@tomcoryell LOL. That's like saying an aeroplane with half the bits missing will fly better 'cos it's lighter. 🤣🤣
