It'll be nice if you do a video, of trying to dance hip-hop or salsa. And as well could you do a video of how to improve your arch please! Love this vid❤
I thought "serving size" was just an arbitrary quantity of the food for which they have given the nutritional value on the packaging (rather than the amount you are supposed to eat at a time)!
Hannah, well done for doing this video! I completely agree with you! ❤❤❤ I genuinely think thay by prioritising the important things (water, protein, 5-a-day) and exercising regularly people could live a really healthy lifestyle and still feel full and happy from food.
Love seeing how you nourish your body and look after yourself in your other videos, and to debunk serving sizes is also coop because there are alot of misconceptions 😅♥️
I got really curious about serving sizes so I had to google it. serving sizes are not recommended sizes but by law they should they should reflect how much people actually eat, not what they should eat. (although I hardly believe anyone eats 9/10 of a rice cake) also brands that sell foods with a higher total of calories usually intentionally set the serving size smaller to make it "look healthier". in conclution: fuck serving sizes and eat til you're satisfied
This is gonna be amazing I just know it your the best human being on the entire planet I’m really excited for this video 😆❤️💜🦋 sixth comment! Does that count as in the early squad
Hi Hannah, when you were saying that at this point you would add more milk to your porridge to make it more creamy, I was screaming in my head: "add water", assuming there is no serving size for water and since I felt bad that you have to eat that dry porridge, no one likes dry porridge. Also I always use one portion of milk and one portion of water for my porridge and in my eyes it tastes just fine with part water in it. Have a nice day. K.
I did think about that! But on the article I read it state "200ml of milk OR water", so I had to stick with exactly what it said. I was very tempted though!
Hi Hannah My friend told me that you are doing a class with Mimi Cesar and I really want to come but the link is on instagram and I don't have Instagram so could u give the link on UA-cam as well ❤️?
Of course!! I will post it to my community tab this evening, but in the meantime here is the link to book: micgymnasticsonline.as.me/hannahmartinxmicgymnastics Would love to see you there!
serving recommendation is not for when you're mixing them all up and having them in one meal. that much apple and grapes combined with honey is just excessively high sugar intake in one meal
Do you like these food videos? Any suggestions for future content? 🥰
Love to see you trying different porridge bowls! I love food inspiration! Would love a video on audition tips as I have some coming up too :)
I would love to see an audition tips video! ⭐️

maybe you could count the calories of the food you normally eat in a day.
love how this video shows how food science is still so subjective (""":
Hope you enjoyed :)

You have a lot of packaged food. How about real whole food.
