      @@1234singingismylife Stealing millions from the Fire Department to buy expensive clothes and thinking he’s above the law due to being in a high position, Judge Medlock has good reason. I’m sure he’s disheartened how many people who should hold themselves with higher standards are disappointing him. As he said in so many words, people are working hard to support their families.
      The crazy thing is I’ve met many people who live luxuriously and they don’t seem especially skilled.

      @DJPLAST2 5 місяців тому +7

      Person to person, I don’t know you but 1 question. Is this happening where you live also? Have you looked into it? That is where the oversight starts. Have you asked? This is not an attack, just asking. If you answer “NO”, it could be happening.

    • @JayBizBrewCity
      @JayBizBrewCity 5 місяців тому +4

      @@DJPLAST2 Okay but - if I had any say on how things were ran there would be a minimum of 3 eyes in the financial books at all times, just seems logical. How does one person have the autonomy to spend millions and no one else noticed. It’s an honest question. To your point - no I haven’t asked if this is going on by me - but there should be processes in place to oversee that money regardless - it’s not like it’s just $10 out of petty cash..

    • @DJPLAST2

      @@JayBizBrewCity I agree 100%. We can’t control Washington DC, we all “know” that something is going on we have no idea how bad it is. We have better eyes on our local area. Who is making big purchases, who is living beyond their means. Yes I agree there should always be multiple checks and balances on all money being spent as well as money coming in. Is that in place in your local area, that can be asked thru public records request. I hope you are not feeling a target, not what I am trying to do, just pointing out it’s much easier to check on local government. It can even get uncomfortable if you know workers in these positions. Business is business, friendship is something else. Where I live a guy that worked at the public works department built an entire house. He got caught because a tractor he “borrowed” from the city broke down and he could not get it back to the city yard. When he went under the microscope, it was found he had bought lumber, windows, doors, wiring etc over time no one caught it in the finance dept., they all looked legit for the public works dept. Until it was pointed out what was being looked for. It happens. Needs to be looked at by multiple eyes. This situation I am hearing there will probably be around 30 people going to go down over this. Meaning they are ripping the tax payers off too.

    • @laughattack1204
      @laughattack1204 2 місяці тому

      @JayBizBrewCity It's bigger than that. It's pretty common scheme in Indiana for nonviolent narcissistic psycho and sociopaths to try and slither their way into some county position. There's multiple positions and people involved when doing these schemes on the million dollar level. So the last time this happened in my town they laundered the money through gun deals with the police department because the guy who was the mastermind owns a local gun store. He had people up to the mayor involved, so he got like 15 years too, but only served like a year and 2 years of some kind of monitoring. He probably won't do fraud again, but while it was going on people were suspicious of where he was getting money and we all knew the county was corrupt, but didn't think he was taking advantage of the corruption. It's still corrupt, and the real criminals that make the system sh*t are obviously untouchable (i.e. democrats). His gun store is still open and has the most options in town. The real eye opener is that what these guys steal is peanuts compared to how the government naturally abuses it's citizens.

Unfortunately im afraid that there is much much more of this type of stuff happening where people are abusing there positions and stealing funds from taxpayers. And this is a great start with catching this man. He should be given the maximum sentence the law allows the state needs to make an example out of him and keep going strong with putting all those away who are committing similar crimes. A clear message has to be sent to show others that this will not be tolerated and put a end to these crimes. It is sickening because as the judge stated most American citizens are working hard earning our own money many whom are struggling all while some people like this man who was a high ranking police official and supposedly worked for volunteer fire department to use and abuse the system to fund his luxury life style. I can't imagine just how hurt and angry the citizens of that town are. I hope and pray that this judge continues to do the right thing for this community.

How much more money, stolen items, credit cards, stolen cars etc etc etc does he/they ALL still have hidden??! Mark my word: He WILL bond out, IF given lengthy sentence.

    • @timekiller6163
      @timekiller6163 5 місяців тому +8

      Well you can't bond out once sentenced. Bond is a presentence condition. This man is going to Prison. He may bond out until his sentencing date but once he's sentenced he has to serve his time. And he will. If it were just a Credit Card or something he'd maybe not go to prison. But Planes Trains Automobiles 3 Mansions etc. Just his new Charges in this video were over Half a Million dollars. He's going to Prison
