When I was a boy they sang this during benediction and the exposure of the Blessed Sacrament! Such sacred moments in my early life that my children and grandchildren don’t get to experience! They haven’t even been teaching Catechism to the children anymore! I signed up to teach it and they gave me a worthless book about the world in which we live and not Jesus! I cry for my children and children’s, children!
Get the Catechism of the Council of Trent and teach it to them. I was born into this norvus ordo disaster and my catechism leading up to my Confirmation was a real disaster. My brother and I we’re constantly correcting the teacher or calling out her blatantly false teachings. As a result of poor teachings and our secular society, I fell away from the faith completely and have only recently returned within last year or so. None of my living siblings have returned with me. I pray that they do. I’ve recently bought the catechism of The Council of Trent to truly learn my faith and also teach it to my future children. Not making same mistake my parents did by putting the most important education a young person can have in the hands of another person who does not care about their souls the way we do.
I have recently given my life over to Christ in its entirety and joined a religious order. When I have time to come down to the river near our house I always listen to this as it helps me get into a state of prayer. Thank you for this rendition

Same here. His introduction to the Summa Theologica is incredible and he's probably the most advance metaphysician to have ever lived. You should check out some of the works of Peter Kreeft. He's a professor of philosophy at Boston University and has written a few introductory books on Aquinas and the Summa. That's how I got into him. Before that, he seemed bit too deep and inaccessible to the layman but Kreeft's books helped break things down.

I saw my body in bed with this white spirit looking over my body. The spirit was like a glowing white. Looked wonderful in away. All I said is (what) in shock. Then the spirit looked at me. Then I woke up back in my body. I never forget that. I've had my taste on the other side. What happened to me loads of people can do. It takes practice I've heard. You can travel and see spirits on the other side. It's not called near death experience. It's called something else. Forgot what it's called but I will get back to you with the anser.
