  • Recipe
Chicken ( 2 lbs your choice of cut meat )
3/4 Cup LIGHT Soy Sauce ( Use less soy and add water if using regular soy sauce)
    1/2 Cup Sesame Oil
    6-7 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter ( unsweetened)
    Sugar ( optional )
    1/3 Cup water
*If you don't have sesame oil, use 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup of flavorless oil.
    Directions
In a bowl, marinade chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic and sugar. Marinade for 1 hour . Remove chicken and place it on baking tray. Bake chicken in a preheated oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit for aprox 40 mins. To create the peanut sauce, take the residual marinade and heat it in a sauce pan and add in Peanut Butter. Add 1/3 cup water ( if required ) to keep the sauce from being to thick. After 40 mins, remove chicken and coat the chicken with the peanut sauce. Place it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice and veggies.

This was one of my most favorite dishes at a buffet I use to always go to. Well' .. they closed up the doors and I'm bummed bc this was always sooo good. I guess it's time to make it at home. You make it look so easy but it also looks sooo delicious.
Thank you for this video 🐥🥬🧄🐥

I used to buy Peanut Chicken several times a week when a small deli nearby offered it decades ago. I guess they took it off the menu when the 'peanut allergy' scare swept the nation. I understand, but I love this dish and will be trying it myself soon. Thank you!

another way to do this is five table spoons of thai green curry paste and another five of peanut butter, then four of honey and last four of olive oil doesn't matter what order you do that mix them all together and stir them in a bowl then cut the chicken breasts smaller to spread around the oven dish, put some broccoli tear it up and place in between the chicken pieces and slice some red onions up smaller lighter sections and then I added Gnocchi once it finished in the pan of water and had it the oven for around 30 minutes it was so delicious

You made an absolutely gorgeous and spectacular chicken and peanut sauce and then you absolutely destroyed it by topping it with green onion. I'm not trying to be racist but I'm wondering why does every Asian think that green onion belongs in and on everything? I swear it would not surprise me if I found an Asian somewhere that topped their vanilla milkshakes with green onion. Just because you're on UA-cam doesn't mean you need the color green on top of a dish if it's not appropriate.
