- A classic matchup - Chaos Daemons with a bunch of big toys - Be'lakor, a Great Unclean One for Nurgle, a two set of fluxmasters for Tzeench and a big old bloodthirster for Khorne tackle their ancient foe the Grey Knights; two nemesis dreadknights, Castellan Crowe, Kaldor Draigo and a butt load of marine bodies. It's going to be brutal!
Tom's latest new army project are his Daemons debuting today, on the boil since about Christmas. We're hoping to get some play across Age of Sigmar and 40k, and although we're starting off with a bunch of fun stuff, there's still more on the shelves (Slaanesh...) waiting to come out in the future. Can the daemon hunters actually hunt the daemons? Let's find out.
Chuck us a comment if you like seeing the Daemons on the channel, we think they have quite a bit of play and can output some insane damage with the right combos. The MG Strike is missing, but the game looks good. Grey Knights look like skynets Terminators.
This watch was a wild and fun ride! It was entertaining and helpful as a newer GK player too. In the future, for people like me that are newer, the middle third seemed have a little less top down and “what’s happening” or possibly I just found it hard to see the top down view with that specific floor pattern but that may have been more of a slow descent into madness lol. Either way, looking forward to watching a rematch!

@@WeirdWolfGames Try some Fiends, bit of an underappreciated gem in the dex. Loads of mortal wound attacks that can get up the board quickly and with Belly you can get away with an aggressive deployment. I'm a big fan of Fiends, Crushers and Nurglings just for the secondary stuff. You can put a lot of pressure on armies very early game with the big movement stats.
Generally I either take units that are fast and hit like a truck or nurglings. I've found anything inbetween is a bit of a waste, although I am a Sisters player first and foremost so I might be wrong lol.

Is the daemon army not illegal, with too many non battleine units?
I think he’s okay as it’s an entirely chaos demon army, so in theory wouldn’t have to have any battle line as with other armies! I think if it was a chaos army (like world eaters etc.) that rule starts to kick in
Yep, it is legal.
So it would only ve if you included an allied unit then!

The rule in the balance datasheet, but when putting it into the main rules, think I'm hopefully wrong. And only applies to allies.
