- The plaintiff is suing her son’s ex-girlfriend for defamation of character, emotional distress and vandalizing her home. The defendant is countersuing, claiming that the plaintiff tried to get her fired from her job.
They said it jokingly, but something is definitely wrong with her. She tattooed his name after 6 months, committed vandalism because of text messages and insinuated that she would harm a child. She really needs help.
