Here were my bold predictions for 23/24 season. That came truth. In which few/very very few predicted. Predicted 23/24 season Cambridge United would stay up, and Northampton Town would be a comfortable mid table team. (Very few predicted that) Predicted Bradford wouldn’t make the play offs. Few predicted that (23/24) season Month/to 2 months stated Portsmouth would gain promotion at home to Barnsley. And stated it on here/youtube. To my knowledge nobody predicted that, 1 to 2 months in advance that Portsmouth would gain promotion at home to Barnsley.
I had Tommy Conway top 4 scoreres... yep shocking. Didn't happen did it haha. To be fair, he got injured then had to adapt to a new manning style of play half way through. Although I do think there's a great finisher in there, I can see us selling him this summer.
I have to admit, i had millwall in the playoffs this year. Obviously was miles off, but definitely couldve been a lot worse with how it was looking before super neil harris came back!
Next season prediction, Blackburn will unearth another 20+ goal a season striker. Dack goes, Armstrong scores. He goes, Brereton Diaz takes over, he goes Szmodics takes over…Tyrhys Dolan anyone?
There was a hot take about one of the teams to break Reading's points record in the 2023/24 season. Obviously, it didn't happen. To be honest, if I make a bold prediction, I'm not even gonna try to predict who is going to break the 106 points tally because it's just so unbreakable.
I'll hold my hands up: I predicted Stoke to be in the top six this season as they had a good squad of players to choose from. But poor judgement, team selections and tactics from their managers cost them dearly. It just goes to show you can never underestimate how bad managers can be sometimes.
I remember watching this channel a lot back before Bolton’s relegation in 2019. Praying I can come back to rewatching this channel again after Saturday 🙏🙏
