Perhaps wear them all day every day for a couple of weeks (including weekends and free time) and then after that you should be able to judge when you need to wear your glasses. Your eyes will thank you for it!🙂

And you were sensible in not overloading the weights. And also with the free-weights exercises. Also with the balance of exercises. In a previous video were mainly doing lower-body, and in this one mainly upper-body. Keep up the good work. And like other people say, it's impressive how you fit in everything!

You want a 90 degree angle when you’re down, so your hands should be a little wider than shoulder width apart. Also, for the chest press machine (fancy machine. I was howling. 😂) dont lock your elbows! Push out and stop just before your elbows lock. You’ve got such good form on the abs stuff, I’m super jealous. I’ll get there. Keep it up! ❤️❤️

i also find that glasses, lab glasses and alice bands hurt behind my ears and eventually end up giving me a headache. ever thought of getting contact lenses? i only have to change mine once a week and they are so comfortable i never think about them and forget to change them sometimes! for me they also work as good protection against onions and bonfire smoke! only disadvantages are the cost (i pay £30/month with boots contact lens reward scheme, which includes free eye test and contact lens checkups), and if you get something in your eye like shampoo it will sting for longer as your eye takes longer to flush it out :p

Be mindful as to not overstretch your arms and legs in any workout where there is extra weight on it. Not just with leg pressing, but also on your elbows it can be quite damaging to overstretch them when working with weights. :)

You should change up your workout way more often if you want it to be more effective (this looks like a usual workout u do). And youre fit enough that you should try building up to heavier dumbbells (they won't beef u up they'll just tone your body increase strength etc...). Also I tried yoga because of you and it was 👌👌

Just be careful not to over extend your elbows or lock them. You can cause tendon damage. Always keep control of your movements.
