I couldn't find the recipe on the Thrive website. So I just just jotted it down -
    Set instant pot to saute
    Add oil
Sauté 1 small onion medium diced until soft

add garlic, cook 1-2 minutes or until fragrant
    Hit cancel
Add the following to the pot
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 x 15 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
    1/2 cup of chicken stock
    Dried oregano
1 tbsp diced chipotle of adobo
Big pinch of salt and pepper
    Stir
Cook on high for 20 mins
    Quick release
Cook down the liquid on sauté for 5-10 minutes
    Add juice of 1 lime

Chipotle in adobo is spicy. Try caldo de pollo instead of salt and add way more chipotle.

Who needs background music when Megan comes with her own awesome sound effects through out the vid 😂❤️ and the visual (arm waving) effects too.

I can’t seem to find a chipotle in Adobe sauce can that’s whole30 compliant. Is there one available on thrive?

It does impart a vinegar flavor. I use 1/4ACV and 3/4 apple juice. It is fantastic.

It's a pressure cooker. They've been around mass produced since WWII. Just cook it longer if you don't have one.

@@jcreel157 I have a question ladies no bashing. I usually cook this but I don’t cook this in a crockpot or slow cooker is it still considered whole30

    • @jcreel157
      @jcreel157 3 роки тому

@@mischelperez8348 I don’t think the cooking method itself makes it Whole 30 or not. The ingredients used do.
