  • I’m really struggling with herx (herxheimer) reactions and it’s taken me 1 & 1/2 years to build up 11 minutes of activated oxygen as I’ve had to build so slowly (10 seconds every 10 days). I can’t tolerate more than 2 cloves of raw garlic, any antimicrobials like allicin, oregano, goldenseal, biocidin, probiotics, cinnamon. They all make me extremely exhausted and leave me in bed for days after each time.
If anyone has any tips or has overcome this detox trap problem I’d love to know what you did.
    My priorities are:
    1) try to tolerate and build in my infrared sauna to gently sweat (eliminate toxins).
    2) Continue building the activated oxygen as it really seems to help me (currently I can only tolerate treatment once every 3 days otherwise I herx).
    3) slowly build in activated charcoal (every 3 days) as a gentle binder for toxins (elimination).
    4) get in the sea more to pump my lymph around and cold water therapy (in a 7mm wetsuit).
    5) Try and take probiotics every 3 days (I’ve been struggling with this but i will continue trying to try and rebalance my gut bacteria).
    6) I’m thinking of trying to make some cilantro/celery juices to drink every morning to detox heavy metals or mercury levels (I’ve heard from sources that Candida always goes hand in hand with mercury). I tried zeolite recently but I just couldn’t tolerate it (was up all night with nausea and diarrhoea).
    7) Get my sleep back in check (lights out by 21:30 every night if possible, and set alarm for 20:30 to start my bedtime routine) as I’ve been going to bed later over the Christmas period.
    8) Try dry brushing once a day (I tried this and it seemed to make me feel worse, but I will try again).
    9) I’m currently in the process of restarting ANS Rewire again as I never properly finished the program as I was honestly too unwell last in 2019. I’d like to finish the program within 6-7 weeks from now.
    10) Find a practitioner to help me with detoxing/eliminating (I’m currently investigating a Byron white formula practitioner).
    11) Despite the current situation, continue to find joy in my life (pole dancing, sea swimming, bike rides on the ebike, lock picking, DIY projects, and finding joy in my life again!

I couldn't cope with cinnamon at one point, it was too high in oxalates. When you're in a weakened state anything like spices have to be had in moderation or they stress the system. Stick to meat, fish , veg, potatoes. My advice would be to lay off the things that make you 'herx' Co infections are a bitch but you can't get rid of them like this, you need to focus on your nervous system. It's the root of the illness.

Hey, how long did it take you to recover from CFS? I'm also recovering from CFS after battling a extreme case of Glandular Fever.

Try tea tree oil for those feet. I'd try that first.

@Ivan Plum Thanks man! Yeah I tried tee tree for months and didn't get very far but will try again. I use The Ultimate Zapper by Ken Presner from zap.intergate.ca/ (I use the model QE3Plus) and then a BCX Ultra Rife machine.

@@jacksrecoverycfs4643 how's your digestion btw? Still more towards diarrhea? What about bloating, gas and stuff?

@@djVania08 Digestion is a lot better now. I still get diarrhoea/bloating/gas when I either herx or get really stressed / really overdo it. I still have dull gallbladder pain but it’s calmed down a bit now compared to a couple of years ago.
