All of this is really helpful but I wanted to say that I have long natural nails and I find that nail polish makes my nails stronger because it adds another layer of protection, I usually use a clear base coat and topcoat, it helps if you’re trying to grow them out. Just try not to use nail polish remover on them too often and change your nail polish every 4 days etc! 💞

It really depends on your hair type but what I do is
Shampoo my hair 2x roots and try a scalp scrubber
Condition the ends
Remember this is mine your hair might be different but I really hope this helps you❤

idk my skin type(for my face) but im probably combination skin? IDK , after I eat my skin is oily but after I wash it,its not,my skin isn't dry but my pores are small , my face is sometimes itchy due to my acne but it doesn't react easily to skincare products and my skin isn't red,it has a balanced skin colour most of the time.
