We are Lauren & David, now FULL TIME VAN LIFERS and engaged couple from Kent, both spiritual teachers in Reiki & meditation transforming peoples lives as well as our own!

Ever since we met at the end of 2020 our lives have been a whirlwind… so much is changing, shifting and transforming! A lot of inner work has been happening behind the scenes since our last videos on here.
We are now back posting weekly of what’s now transforming on the outside for us! Living full time van life as well as building our retreat space for our clients and community in Keston!

You guys really are working hard on the barn, it’s looking very good, to stay focused on a project is hard when you are tied and spend time away from it, so I take my hat off to you both.
I love the way Lauren gets involved with everything, she mucks in and doesn’t complain like “I got paint on me! I’ve Broken a nail” keep doing what you are doing as the vlogs are great and I am sure the subscriptions will keep going up 👍🏼
