In asking such a question, you are questioning the author's assumption and line of reasoning. Which is absolutely valid if you were solving a weaken question. This particular question is only asking for a description of the author's line of reasoning. In such questions, it is vital to look at the argument without our disbelief of the conclusion coloring our interpretation of the line of reasoning. For higher accuracy in CR, focus on reasoning out the argument only as much as the question requires you to do so. Because you asked..... the author is assuming that more cows exist (and therefore, more methane) when we buy beef because of cattle farming or some such source of beef. The validity of the assumption would be addressed in weaken, strengthen, and evaluate question types - each one differently.

Choose whatever suits you but you can give only 2 online exams in a year.
