  • We bought a abandoned hoarded house and renovated it... once owned by a reclusive artist we make our way through the house and bring it back to life… but just when I thought we were done we had to do it all over again.
Potters house start to finish. For those of you who saw this series the first time, it has been condensed with 30 minutes of new footage at the end showing the second Reno.

So nice to see Dave in this video as he spent a lot of time helping you out. Hans looks so different way back from the beginning but still as lovable. Patrick the ghost made an appearance as well. This was a nice montage of the beginning of the refurbished Potter house. Josh and Jakota being introduced to us was special. I think Austin has that funky red lamp that was in the bedroom. Pickle Rick what a memorable thing and humorous as well. I learnt a lot about renovating from all the work you guys did. This was definitely a family affair and the extended Curiosity collective family as well. Nice to see what the stained faux glass panels did look like. The piano sounded good back then. Patrick has a beautiful voice, I enjoy his channel. That was such a touching memory when Mary passed and how you honoured her this made me tear up once again. It was so disappointing to see the disrespect that the renters had for the Potters house especially since you did so much to help them. Such a statement to you when you have such good friends and family that come together to give you a hand. Nanking Cherries, I have them in my yard, they make great jelly. Sunshine just a wagging her tail lightens up the mood for sure. Nice to see Ryan along with Josh and Jakota as well as Austin they are all a good bunch of guys. Zinovia is a gem as well and such a darling, we just love her. Hans is also such a character and such a hard worker. Nice to see that Mary’s house is shining once again and hopefully the people that buy it will cherish the hard work and love that was put into bringing it back to it’s glory. Thanks for the journey and sending prayers that someone will make this their home soon.

Yeah I thought that when the bathroom door was kicked in, why else do that except if there was abuse going on and I think a lot of the wallmarks were intentional, maybe some game going round with a hammer and smashing walls for fun. It's not rare for renters to do such things though, I'm in the Netherlands and when my neighbours were forced to move out they did thousands of damage and I heard some other houses have had even more damage. They are only shooting themselves in the foot because there are not many renting agencies so if you get banned from one there goes your housing. They know exactly who to charge too, not as easy to run and hide.

Edit at 1hr42min. How do people live like that?! That house was left beautifully, and those renters tried their best to destroy it. I hated renting because renters get a bad rep because of people like this. My landlord was okay, except he didn't want to replace the disgusting carpet and tried to keep our deposit over it. Both sides of the fence have bad reps.
