If you think snakes are hard to pull off look at Untamed Wilds anaconda or Alex mobs anaconda these are for Java of course since typically mods can be much better coded. But it's possible in bedrock.
You should definitely try building a more modern park with the creatures in this add-on! I personally feel the more Vanilla look may make these creatures look more fitting.
If you have java edition I 100% recommend checking out Alex's Caves, there's a cave biome called the Primordial Caves, featuring fantasy versions of Dinosaurs, and even a really cool boss battle, which I won't spoil for you.

Actually, a study from 2022 confirmed, that Anomalocaris's jaws weren't strong enough to crush the exoskeletons of the Trilobites.
