Honestly, seeing how critical you are towards your pictures and how in depth you can go just looking at one picture is amazing, really makes me wanna push myself more and try to be "less superficial"!
Just love how real your videos are! I started with film photography a few weeks ago and it's so great to finally have found someone who really shows all his pictures and explains both its positive and negative aspects. Plus your voice is so soothing and relaxing 😌💕 keep it up!
Hello, I hope you enjoyed this episode and my thoughts on the photographs! As mentioned in the video Skillshare is kindly partnering with me again. So if you feel like supporting me and treating yourself to a month of Skillshare for free I'd appreciate it, if you sign up via my link: skl.sh/teocrawford02221 (this counts for the first 1000 people who use it). Thank you and see you next week! :)
Hi Teo. I've been subscribed and watching your content for quite a while now, and I love what you do. I absolutely love these types of videos. You are super inspiring to me. I typically shoot digital and enjoy capturing various subjects, but I'm especially fond of landscapes with man-made objects like houses and electricity poles, etc. Recently, I picked up my first film camera, a Canon AE-1, along with 11 rolls of film, some Portra 400, and some Gold 200. I'm incredibly excited to try it out, but also somewhat nervous in a way, haha. Thank you so much for you and your content, it means a lot to me.
Beauty! To be honest, story telling is something I'm working on and trying to convey through my photographs and youtube videos I learn something from you each time you upload!
I like these foggy morning photography sessions, and the film stock fujiPro400h looks so suited because of how much detail it gives in the shadows. Beautiful work as always, keep it going!
That sound of the shutter being released makes feel nostalgic... I was a Pentax shooter for over 10 years, mid-early nineties to mid noughties, first MX, then P30, then swapped the P30 for an LX whilst keeping the MX; last adventure I remember at sunrise was in 2003 at Stonehenge in January at minus 15 centigrade, overexposing of 1-2 stops to compensate for the extreme low temperatures.....
My favourite is the same as yours, but also the wheelie-shed from the beginning as a lone subject. Great shots, gotta do it too, get my lazy butt out of the bed.
Your videos are of such excellent quality it becomes so inspirational. You also live in a very interesting location, Germany/Austria? Just the general European look is really fantastic. I live in Denver, Colorado right next to the Rocky Mountains and I find myself bored and uninspired by this place that so many people seem to love. I stopped doing photography once I moved here. Europe seems to offer something much grander in terms of photograph opportunities Keep up the great work
Great video! I really like these kind of videos you do, peaceful to look at. I like that you review all your pictures and the details about them, and also that you show all of them no matter if you are happy with them or not. My favorite was the one that was your favorite as well, well done sir!
Amazing video and quality photos to make everything work. Narration was also spot on, very informative and not annoying like some other tubers are. I've watched a few of your videos in the past but this one made me subscribe. I'd you do more videos like this in the future try to switch up locations and scenery, I find that's what makes other tubers in this category successful.
What a beautiful morning for a photo walk. Love the colours of the Pro 400H & the shots you got. The shot you picked as your favourite is lovely & I actually really like the shot of the little trailer on wheels thing too👌 Great stuff again Teo.
Pro400h is a beautiful film!! Too bad fuji keeps discontinuing films!! It's just sad!! You were lucky to have one!! I never got the chance to shoot it. Beautiful photos as always!!
Hey Teo, i watched a couple videos now. Very nice and lovely photography. I just wanted to make you aware, that maybe the white background when you show your photos might not be ideal. Many of us, I believe, watch on big screens too. And, that being said, the white background really distracts (just because of its brightness) from the atmosphere you have in many of your photos. Especially when you showcare darker photos. Maybe you can consider this for future videos! Cheers
Ahh thank you for pointing that out! Hmm I see. I actually really like it, because it's so neutral. Maybe darkening it just a bit can help, so that it still appears white, but just isn't as bright? I would really dislike going black or mid-grey honestly, because I think that's just aesthetically unpleasant🤔
Isn't it ironic that you describe the powerpoles in the first photo as comforting while 50 years ago the powerpoles symbolised just the opposite in the exhibition called New Topographics: Photographs of a Man-Altered Landscape.
It’s so interesting to me how a year and a half ago my local photo shop, which is near the university, was always running out of Portra 400, while simultaneously overloaded with the far less selling Pro 400H. I’ve always enjoyed the cooler tones of Pro 400H personally and I miss its ready availability. I’m also curious what tripod you’re using(I need a nice travel tripod) and didn’t see it in the video description. Nice work, I enjoy your videos👍🏼
The white frames are intended to neutralize the surrounding of the photograph and fit the photograph into the 16:9 aspect ratio. I'll try to darken it a bit, so that it doesn't become blinding haha. But I don't want to move too close to grey or even black because I find that aesthetically rather unpleasant🤔
Honestly, seeing how critical you are towards your pictures and how in depth you can go just looking at one picture is amazing, really makes me wanna push myself more and try to be "less superficial"!
Aww that's great, thank you!🥺🙇🏻♂️ I'm so happy this can motivate you!🙌🏼

You should check out William Sheepskin and Willem Verbeeck too
@@AngeloHinojosa Willem is the film god! The best😄
Aww that's so kind, thank you!🥺🙇🏻♂️ I'm super happy you enjoy it!🤗
Haha true!
The picture at 11:35. Just amazing. Teo, I'm a huge fan! :)

I loved it it's so calming to watch
视频好舒服,声音也好听,对照片的理解几乎和我一样,并且,我也喜欢拍电线杆!让人感觉茫茫相似万物相勾连啊。
One thing I've noticed about fuji film stocks is how beautiful the green colour.

This is the first time I've seen Pro 400H look this amazing for landscape. I have a few rolls left so I am inspired to shoot them now!
Ohh sweet!😍 They worked really well for me, sadly only have two more rolls left😬
Excellent video! Fav shots: Shed on wheels, Mountain sun! Always look froward to watching your videos! Thanks

Great photos. what's the Mobile app you were using at the beginning?

How did you scan these? They look amazing!
Really nice atmosphere! Which lens did you used?
Thanks! It's a 35mm f/2.8 lens - I think the brand is Cosina🤔
How to measure colour tone for video and photos
Hey Teo!
Hey! :D
Hello. What's the reason for huge white frames for every photo? My display is blinding me with this white light and I can't appreciate your work.
Hey, which App are you using as your lightmeter?
Which lense do you use in this video?
Hi, ich bin neu. Für was ist die Kameramessgerät-App gut? Schöne Fotos übrigens
Hi Leon, danke!🤗
Das ist ein Belichtungsmesser, um zu messen, welche Einstellungen ich für jedes Foto brauche👍🏼. Den brauche ich, weil der interne Belichtungsmesser der Kamera nicht funktioniert🤷🏻♂️
Hi which lightmeter app are you using? Thanks ;)
It's just called "Lightmeter Free"🤷🏻♂️🤗
what lens did you use for the pentax k1000
It's a 35mm f/2.8 - I believe it from Cosina🤔🤗
mobile chicken coop :-)
