This was so satisfying aside from the menus. Misspellings of words like salads and omelets just killed me. And the fact that the menus had items other than desserts and coffee written on them.
Next you should do another house like poetic life, or sweet memory, or even dream angel. I miss those houses.

Is it better to assemble all the furniture first and then and then put them together when they are all assembled or gradually regroup them when they're assembled?

That's a good idea. I made a few of these kits myself, and place re-ment figurines in them. They're the perfect size.
The stairs leads up to the ceiling. Where's the gap to even get to the second floor XD?

Hi! Could you mention/link what glue and tool you use to make the miniatures? :)
Hey Ellie! I've made these DIYs before and usually its like a kit and all the glues and tools come with the box. You would usually receive a couple bottles of silicon glue and normal white glue. For the tools they include pliers, tweezers, utility knifes and rulers. Have a good day!

Hi I'm receiving it as a gift, can I ask you since you handled it ... if it is possible to make changes on the home side?
Depends on which part to change. You can repaint it with acrylic paint to change the colors. Some of the parts are made of glossy paper, so you can just change those parts with decorative paper, or print out your own design. To make or modify the parts made up of wood, it's thin wood, so I usually just recycle cardboard boxes and trace the original wood on to make extras (that you can cover with paper). I buy my own cloth at my local fabric store or online, if you want to change the cloth colors.
Sorry I can't explain it well. I've made a few of these kits myself and re-did the colors to suit my own taste.
