I agree with the overall idea . . . many times less is more. But worry in particular is a slippery word. Worry could be a synonym for concern, care, prayer, thought, wishing, hoping, day dreaming. Not that any of those are wrong. It depends on the quality of the thought, the concern, the wish, etc.
