Only little goals like go for a walk or ride your bike once a day... then when you reach your little goals increase them to meet friends some days a week or some degree in an exam and increase your goals more and more to get Motivation when achieving your goals. and always Set some social and some educational goals and dont overestimate yourself. smalls steps every day could CHANGE your life.
