Hi there, can someone help translate the ingredients used in this video into English. Looks real good and I would like to try but unfortunately I dont read and write chinese. Thank you in advance.
Garlic, 3-4 cloves chillies, 2each Spring onion 2 stalk Row sugar 2sp Soy sauce 1/5 cup Chinese Black vinegar 1/5 cup Chinese cooking wine 1/4 cup Sesame oil few drops Potato starch or corn flour 1 tsp Water1/5 cup Silken tofu … Water and potato starch mixing together, all other ingredients mix together then bring to boiling.. then pour potato starch water into it.. Drops of sesame oil on it.. then done.
It's very yummy. When I was in Taiwan .I love this century egg with tufo

為什麼是地瓜粉水不是太白ㄈ粉水
Yuhfeng C 我習慣用地瓜粉,太白粉水勾芡冷掉後會出水,所以稠度會降低!但是地瓜粉相對稠度較高,比較適合用於油炸!看個人啦!

@@jjchan1780 這個我不太清楚,但是既然是醬油膏,應該能夠放一段時間!不過還是不要放超過一個星期。畢竟還是有少量新鮮的食材在裡面!
