Fast-talking and feisty-looking John Leguizamo rose to fame with a co-starring role in Super Mario Bros as Luigi and recently as Bruno in “Encanto”. He made his TV debut in Miami Vice as Orlando Calderone in the episodes "Sons and Lovers" and "The Afternoon Plane", and Angelo Alvarez, a crack dealer whose brothers were killed in the episode "Victims of Circumstance".

Here is a scene that represents well Miami Vice; the stylized side of the series, the look, the pastel colors, the location of the actors in the playing space in an almost choreographed way, the silences to leave room for the music, which is a character in itself, (including the gripping electric guitar of Tim Truman), the natural acting of the actors.
