Ben once again, top notch video. As a fan who travels to away games I really appreciate the detail of the capital one arena. You’ve inspired me to go to the arena and experience it for myself. Thanks again.
@@benmcgreevysports As a panther fan who lives 10 minutes away from the arena. My favorite arena has to be Bridgestone arena in Nashville. The energy is on another level. The fans walking to the arena. The energy outside the arena. It’s different. The opening videos on the ice prior to the game and puck drop is awesome. Being in South Florida we have a good fan base but most of our games a packed with opposing fans. So to go to an away game and be intimidated by just the yellow all over is something to be seen. I went to Tampa in December it was a sea of blue everywhere.
I know this was one year ago, but as a caps fan from northern virginia, i would like to say good game, you guys played well. And thank you for visiting washington DC
Glad you enjoyed your stay in the District. I hope to go to Nashville and maybe go see a Preds game while I’m down there. Caps fan first but Preds will always be a close second
Since you brought up food in this video, I kind of prefer when restaurants and places like arenas/stadiums, zoos, aquariums, amusement parks, and museums sell Pepsi products because Pepsi is my favorite soda. But since I love the Preds, I can put up with Bridgestone Arena having Coke products if I ever get the chance to go (besides, whenever a place sells Coke products I just get a sprite, which is my second favorite).
I’m surprised this your first time in DC for a game. I started to go this game myself but changed my mind at the last minute, and from the way this game ended, it was a good thing I didn’t go. Lol. You mentioned that the concourses felt old but the owner just had a major renovation done to the arena a few years ago. Anyway I’m glad you had fun. Nearly a year ago I traveled to Nashville to see the Caps play the Preds and the Caps won. I had a blast in Nashville. Wanna come back.
I thought it was an AMAZING experience! You could tell that renovations had been done. There were so many super neat things all around the concourses. My comment was more in comparison to some other arenas around the league than probably what it truly felt!
I love that you are seeing the Preds in other stadiums as well!! I hope to do the same thing in the future and it was rest your included the restaurant yall ate at and how far form the hotel it was to the arena so I have an idea if I want to see the Preds there next year
Thank you so much, Josh! I have several other videos out about other arenas we have been to to watch the Preds! There is a playlist called "Hockey Road Trips" that should have all of them on there! It was about a 7 min walk from the hotel, and another 5 min to the game after we ate! The Washington Marriott at Metro Center is a place I will recommend to EVERYONE who is going to DC! It was a GREAT deal on the hotel, and it was an awesome stay!
I've been to this arena the space has two sons do with that too concourses being a little small perfect location great channel keep up the great content and yes I'm a Chicago Blackhawks fan
Thank you so much for the kind words! If you know any other hockey fans who you think may enjoy, it would mean the world to me if you were to share the channel!
Yes sirrrr what a goal from Trenin. Hand eye coordination on point
I lost my mind (which probably made Capitals fans pretty irritated...)
@@benmcgreevysports I mean how could you not! Hope you had a great time man

It was awesome! The vibe at the two arenas is very different, but both are incredible!

I will tell you this: I think you might be the only person in the world who likes Pepsi more! Bridgestone had Pepsi until a few years ago!

I've really been enjoying your vids bro good stuff
Thank you so much for watching!
Keep uploading your gaming lots of subs
Capital One Arena has small concourses because was built into a small city block. Bridgestone Arena has faaaaaar more room to work with.
That makes so much logical sense!
BEN waiting for this😈😈😈
Enjoy!
