while there will be many books on the issue, the issue is about turning inwards, finding what's important to yourself and why. you can take any dilemma of yours and analyze it as a battlefield of conflicting values dear to you.

Great question! A lot of books on values are actually written with organizations and teams in mind (probably because that's where the money is!). But as @lemurlaemu mentioned, finding your personal values really is about turning inward and reflecting on what's truly important to you.
In my next video, I’ll introduce some practical steps to help with discovering your personal values. In the meantime, here are two books that might be helpful:
'The Values Factor' by Dr. John Demartini: This book gives you hands-on exercises to help you figure out what really matters to you and align your life with those values.
'Start with Why' by Simon Sinek: This book dives into the idea of purpose, especially in leadership and business, but it’s also a great way to understand what really drives us and why.
Also, if you're interested in more academic perspectives, check out Milton Rokeach's 'The Nature of Human Values', which is a classic in the study of values.
Hope this helps, and more on this topic is coming soon! 🙂
