Couldn’t have said it better myself. Digging the camera work too!

I’m trying these this year and so far doing decent even in high volume areas.

Great video!! I run the Moultrie Edge as well. My question for you on those is do you utilize the test picture feature? Also do you just put one cam in an area or do you put multiple?

Aaron might disagree but I tend to put up 2-3 cameras in an area depending on how much activity and runs there are into the area. I hunt a 15 acre parcel and have a camera on the major southern entrance to the field, one on the major northern entrance, and one on a scrape along the western edge. Seems to be a good spread to catch anything coming on and off. I would probably run it differently if I had multiple parcels to hunt but I only have this and public and I don’t do cameras on public.

I try to use the test pic before I leave to make sure it’s connected properly and to make sure it’s aimed right. As for how many cams, I tend to cast a wide net and then as I locate a good buck I’ll zero in on that specific area with more.

I’ve been running cheaper cameras for a few years and I am down to one that still works. 3 of them got pecked out by woodpeckers and I had one that I checked last week that was filled with ants and no longer working either.

🤣 that’s always the worst when you are excited to go check a cam that has been soaking for a while and that happens.
