I used to have an instructional DVD of a similar form by Bill Douglas. In it he stressed that the form specialized in not turning on the weighted foot. Is this true? Thanks, very well done!🙂
Turning on the weighted foot is fine, and frequently necessary to proceed to the next posture, but you _must_ pivot on your heel to maintain a steady center.
