  • The side lunge is a great option to train your glutes, and open up your hips. You can do this using a dumbbell or a kettlebell, whatever you prefer. The stepping leg should carry most of the weight and do most of the stepping - the other leg should stay straight and do very little work. Try these on your next leg day to hit your glutes from a new angle!
