    Just FYI zoom changed it and you can no longer select "Server to Server" from the main screen like in this video, but it is an option in the drop down developer menu instead. :)

    To anyone struggling and not finding the Account ID: In the first step top right in Zoom, choose Develop>Build Server-to-Server-App. (Not Build App). Then everything looks like it should.

    That was a great video but can you please do an example...scheduling the appointment for the zoom meeting from the customers angle, how would this look when you schedule a zoom meeting from the scheduler on the site?

      Thank you we are glad to hear that you liked it. There is no difference between booking an appointment with Zoom and without it from the customer's perspective. When you set that Zoom is used on that service you can send Zoom links in notifications there is no difference on the booking forms everything looks the same.

    Regarding adding scopes, when I select 'view all my user meetings', I can check 24 boxes instead of just one. However, if I check all available options, I end up with more than 50 scopes, but the maximum allowed is 50. What should I do in this case? The Zoom settings seem to have been updated, so they don't exactly match anymore with the video.

    Is it possible to have individual links for each participants (assuming a service or event is planned for more than 1 person)? I need to have an attendance report from zoom that I can link to people who signed up for the service/event.

    hi does the customer can view the link in their customer pannel to join the zoom meeting

      Yes, customers can also find their link if they access their Front-end Customers Panel. The link will be shown once they click on the three dots icon next to the appointment/event and click on “Join Zoom Meeting”.

    Hi there, sorry but can I ask if this would be the same system to make an integration between Amelia and Microsoft Teams, also? I work with Teams, and not with Zoom, and it would be great to see a video about Teams as well! Thanks!

      That's a real shame! Since Microsoft is the biggest company in the world that builds computers for us to work with and also makes software that can't be made redundant at all as they are integrated so much in our daily lives, I find it utterly strange that you don't have anything to change this status. I mean, if this should be a kind of punishment or retaliation for other kinds of behaviours i think that this should be carefully thought about as otherwise it might just appear as grossly unfair, isn't it?
