I trick about 1 year and i'm actually happy to do all my tricks! Thiy year was my best training ever, i did my dubble full twist and i love to tricks like that! i hope next time will be awesome too.
I did my raiz dubble cork on grass now :) (double vrille)

Acrobatic martial art called Martial Art "Tricking": First of all this martial art rather demonstrative was created by savate practitioners (boxing hands and feet) in France in 1800, to popularize during the festival events. This is a sport that combines several disciplines in one: it is a mixture of martial arts, capoeira, gymnastics, circus and break dance. Artistic martial arts are choreographed figures which can be mixed with artistic kata (choreographed concatenation of several different martial arts with feet and fists), shots of acrobatic feet (Taekwondo) and acrobatics. Since the sport is fairly new in the cascade this sport is increasingly used.
