I met Freddie when he was filming Bates motel in Aldergrove back in 2017 before it ended. (My parents live down the street from where they filmed the exterior of the house and hotel) He was so pleasant! Very sweet he had his Bates motel script in his hand that day. We got to sit across the street and watch him and Vera film a scene that afternoon as not alot of fans were around filming at all very often. It was just two of us that day. Definitely a good day! Wish we could’ve talked to Vera but she left right away at the end of the day. When they tore the motel and house down at the end a crew member snagged us a piece of the porch. (We walked down there a lot to watch filming and respectfully got to know a few of the security/crew members) Sadly the rest of the house went to our local landfill. It was sad that day to see them knock it down. We filmed it that day. :(
All very nice people who worked on set! We’d bring coffee for security some times lol I think that’s why they snuck us some of the porch pieces. I heard a lot of them are the same crew who went on to work on the good doctor now.

@@arsatti3780 He is definitely very humble and easy to talk too. I wish we had had more time but he was in between filming scenes. When they filmed in fort Langley we watched filming and saw Freddie and Nestor just hanging out on breaks in between behind the store where Madeleine worked. Just really casual. No other fans really ever around.

I absolutely love the good doctor, and I am surprised by this interview, it is amazing how far acting has come and how the same person on and off camera can seem like 2 different people.
An outstanding actor, complete genius, I refuse to believe that actor can deliver his persona so good when acting. Complete pure talent.
