What Marshall is doing is personifying the bad shit that happened to him, all the crap that happens to people when it feels the world is against them into the supervillain Venom. He is also talking about how people are moaning about everything he is currently doing/ has done and how they nit pick..those subjects amongst a few things. Its all very well tied in together. Eminem is very intelligent in executing an idea.
I think it is catchy and I could understand it loved all the bars and the lyrics lots of reference to his past and present and about the viewers themselves so us.
