Good point Peter. In that case, I would encourage you to interpret this message as speaking to your highest potential instead.
The Messiah himself wasn't very "religious," haha. He was killed by religious people (book of John or Yochanan if you're Messianic J ewish).
It's always worth asking the Creator to talk to you. Genuine exploration until you find the most important Person in the Universe, the One who loves you--I mean, there is no happier or better thing. If he exists, he is worth finding.
