The current members of SCOTUS are the exact reason why arguing for term limits & outside oversight are just plain common sense.

Hello ladies you are all great I just turned 60 2 weeks ago. I am a mother of 6 daughters and 3 granddaughters. I am totally petrified for them. I can't imagine what kind of word they may have to live in. I can only hope my vote and theirs will help with keeping trump out of office and away from the white house. This is why I love our system of apportionment in California. We have a completely independent commission that makes these decisions. This system has resolved the crazy apportionment from past years. BYW, this was an initiative voted on and passed into law by our citizenry.

The decision on immunity is going to set quite a precedence. They don't dare vote against it (decline immunity) because they know, or fear, they might get caught in a similar decision about themselves before too long.

Home Confinement for Stinky 45 isn't punishment. Whatever sentence he receives there should be a stipulation that he have NO access to electronics such as a cell phone, computer, etc. He can call Door Dash if he's on home confinement or call Melania from a land-line but that's it. And if he uses someone else's electronics or gets others to tweet sh*t for him on his behalf-then he & the person that aided & abetted him, should be criminally punished. Full Stop.

Love the idea of Judge Chutkin determining what acts pass or should be prosecuted by a mini trial but didn’t we have the J6 Committee that pretty much did the same thing? Seems like a do over. MAGA going to deny or have excuses. It will be a huge distraction from the policy issues that a POTUS race should be on.

Is a Republican woman really gonna want to carry a baby to term that she became pregnant by a violent rape. Rape is not about love. It's about hate and power. Is she gonna want to keep that baby? Is she gonna want to look that baby in the face. Every day and remember what happened to her and how she obtained this baby. I don't think a Republican woman can stomach this any more than a democratic woman can. Yes it is, and that is exactly the excuse he will use, not to debate.
I knew he'd find something. He will try to say that if he talks about politics he will be held in contempt. However, we all know the gag order is not to threaten, harass or discuss jurors, witnesses, court staff, etc. It has absolutely nothing for him discussing politics, and he knows it.
