That his low spin and horizontal push kicks are his bread and butter to make for some savage up-down games to keep opponents guessing. Might just pick up a PS4 just to play him again unnerfed! People are saying the Nightmare player was bad but few people realize just how viscious SCII and III Mitsurugi was. He's a top tier char in those games nit to be slept on. If you do he'll put you to sleep in no time flat. Man I want to play his old attack set so bad!
I heard Tekken X Streetfighter is in dev-hell, shame man that woud have been epic. I had a feeling translating side-scrolling gameplay from the STF series into 3-D gameplay of Tekken would be a immense challenge. Well this will keep us going for i good while i think.
Mitsurugi need some powerful quick AA knock attacks in all his stances....why they just can't see that but only seeing that for nightmare and some of the others?
Is it me or is the nightmare player trying to use Soulcalibur 4 inputs, granted some have stayed the same, but there was a huge change from Soulcalibur 4 to 5, likely in 6 its much different. Also lack of aggression is probably why as well.

Immersion breaking, plus it ruins create a Character's. You spend time and effort to make a really good looking character and then bam, it gets ruined by armor break. There are a lot of people that spend a lot of time in create a soul making fighters. Its damn right frustrating to see your work get destroyed so dam easily all the damn time after a few hit.
@AzurFenix I liked SCIV's armor break better than these last two games. In that one, only certain sections of armor broke and they only broke depending on which body parts were attacked the most, rather than a preset armor break that happened when defeated.

There is not a single Soul Calibur game in that category where you launch the opponent sky high with a standard melee attack and can't combo them with standard melee attacks. Do you have any better questions? Courtez, I do, but the point is that's an example where they _just don't do anything_. If they can do anything, they should do something, because their opponent is going to be unable to act for like 2 seconds after the apex of the launch. If the same is the case for the person that launched their opponent, there's a problem.

The quick AA in relic should remain forever.... and (Ak) for the poke. His forward, forward B,B, from 3 and 4 should pull off with FW, FW (BK)B if hold B you get a guard crush. If hold (BK) you go into relic from this move....so the game makers who don't like mitsurugi, just stop taking away his best moves ok.... you don't take good moves away, instead you just make them better and add more ok.
