Seriously u deserve standing ovation
Beautiful Jog raga.
she start playing at 11:40
Don't know how anyone could give this a thumbs down! I wish I could play like this. Love the alternative tuning and doing all those glissandos perfectly in tune is not easy! Really amazing playing
same here. that's my wish too
I take it that she normally sits to play since she has no chin rest - very interesting to see her hand position while standing, I always thought that to play with such glissando precision one should adopt the India-style of sitting, which is near impossible for someone not born into the tradition. Her sound is extra-ordinary,very dark - is that an harmonic byproduct from the tuning or the amp-settings?
Hats off to this girl ! wonder who her guru is ? Both deserve a great appreciation.
Thanks for uploading it and giving us an opportunity to listen to this master piece
She trainned under her renowned grandfather SangithaVidwan Shri Gopala Pillai and father Sangita Vidwan Sri K C Krishna on Carnatic Violin (from the description above)
Amazing... I'm never thought an achiever can be this humble. This video taught me to work much harder and be humble of my achievements. May god bless you and let him empower you to create many master pieces that the world will remember beyond centuries...

Kasturi G
so awesome!
Sadanai Selvi! Brisk and Soothing Violin rendition.
Wonderful what else can be my comment. Electric violins give a soothing and soft tone. But I think they are costlier.
Splendid!
Enchanting music. But a violinist should let the violin do all the talk!
quant'e bella! mi commuove la musica
Amazing
super...
Sathyam Sivam Sundaram........!
wow
Ending with Hamsadhwani too :-)
Wow I can see how involved you are while playing!! Beautiful -3 and soo humble for a person whos achieved so much!! But you should improve your grammar while speaking :)
I am sure she could talk for 32hrs non-stop too!
Wow, a five stringed violin! Amazing violinist, but I'd clean the fingerboard. Rosin dust can damage the wood.
i see. thank you
Music starts from 11:39 after all the talking....
Excellent playing
Yes....excellent playing, but bullshit talking !
