According to a Wikipedia article that I didn't have to look at for a long time to understand, blackface is meant to be a form of mockery towards black people. William H. West was the man who created blackface where he made his lips larger, face brown, and eyes uncomfortably larger. While in some cases black people can have larger features, this is just a common stereotype that white people like to make. In short, blackface is a way to make black people ugly and stupid looking. This woman is not doing that. While making herself appear black, at the same time she's making herself look beautiful (because black woman are beautiful. Shoot,my lesbian is kicking in). It's not blackface if you don't have the intent to be racist. Hope this helps :).
