Looks great! I think the motion blur works really well, even for 60 fps games. It looks like you also have some ambient occlusion, bloom and specular reflections as well, which look quite good too.
The AO and other effects are possible through custom shaders on the Ishiiruka side branch of Dolphin. I've been fine-tuning them over the last couple of Smash videos, and I think I've hit the sweetspot. The motion blur was achieved in post-production, though the final product took over 4 hours to export with it, due to the increased rendering time.

Why is it so funny to see Captain Falcon massacre all those Pikachu's and Pichu's while they scream, but their screams get cut off because Captain Falcon's attacks are so fast?
My favorites were the Fox fights. The Falcon impersonator one was great too, and the holograms fight couldve been the climax of an anime move. Wouldve liked to see giga bowser racked up to 999% for a falcon punch tho. Quality TAS.

The motion blur is a video effect (RSMB) while the other effects were achieved through custom shaders on a custom branch of Dolphin. So, half of it is real, while the other half isn't. There might be a motion blur shader available for Dolphin, but I'm not sure if it exists.
I don't really like the enhanced lighting or graphics or whatever it may be. I like the darkish style of Melee. Melee actually has really good graphics and style. A lot of GC games do. Also that fake out on the foxes... good shit lmao
