I went to my weekly lesson this past week with only my new Vokey 58 deg T grind with 4 degrees of bounce in my hand and told Thane I wasn’t even sure I could get the ball out of the sand. Boy was I surprised, in firm sand it actually put spin on the ball. I was pumped. I’m about ready to take the high toe 56’ PM Callaway out of the bag with 14 degrees of bounce. We tried it on firm lies, flops and full swings. I was impressed. The common theme on all shots was to accelerate, finish high and most importantly balanced! I did try done flighted shots to 65 yards, and that was the only time I tried to finish lower. Need to work on those. Great video Adam, always watching!

I get soft sand vs firm sand and using bounce vs exposing leading edge. But what about wet sand? Use bounce or leading edge? Thanks!

Wet sand usually means more compact sand so the answer here is leading edge!

Hey Adam! I recently purchased the master class, and I wondered if you could do videos on uneven lies. Setup on perfect conditions seems simple, but what is your approach to uneven lies (ball above and below, etc)
