I'm an engineer working in an Indian MNC company. I worked in India for many years in the same company and now moved abroad to work in a European onsite project. I feel like in heaven now while delivering much better and quality output than I was in India. The only difference is the absence of Indian management 😂. Now some Indian guys started getting into management roles here and now slowly I'm able to get the back home feeling now 😢. Stress started going up for no reason 😂😢.
It's very sad this happened in a company like EY. But all corporates are not like this, I know managers who doesn't allow team to work after 6pm. Also facilities given and work culture in companies like LinkedIn are very good. A friend working in TCS said, they are not allowed to talk harsh to team mates in any case.

All the persons can't understand this problem, the people who is relating this field can understand, so our FM made such a funny and pitiable statement, she is a CA, how many people know about this course, it is very difficult to pass CA... So she is abe to manage stress and everything, FM should issue an apology note.
Earnest & Young is paying a handsome pay. Mostly 4 or 5 times the salary of Indian companies. Naturally, the company demands a similar output from employees. Since executive positions, Overtime allowance or other perks are not eligible. Same is the case of holidays. They may pay periodic bonus for completion of each project profitably. Better to avoid such companies. Finally, they will start hiring more employees at reduced pay and that will give relaxation to employees and more employment opportunities.

Our children should be taught to recognise and deal with stress and pressure right from the school days. Sad situation 😢
