Datavion McDowell my friend has had two S7's and both were completely stock and she is plagued with hard resets and heat issues. I wouldn't trade my HTC 10 for any of the devices mentioned. I personally compared against camera on pre sunrise and at sunset against the S7 and the Pixel XL and my phone's pictures were just better. I was constantly sending my pictures to my friend for her to post because hers on her S7 weren't as good (supposedly the best low light camera) I am a very happy with the amplified DAC audio chip and I am running Nougat
John Calvacca weird review because my experience is quite the opposite. My htc 10s pics look worse than my sisters s7 edge and my battery life is shit, it was barley good in the beginning but I have to lower to cpu power to barley make it all day.

I hear lots of people criticizing phones for looking the same. First off, they're all just rectangles with screens. Second, the brands all have a design look and stick to it for easy identification. Third, at this point, venturing into a different look that might resemble a different brand of phone is grounds to get sued. I get the impression people are expecting something other than a rectangle with a screen.
Note 7 was my favourite but when it got recalled I moved to a oneplus 3 which is like lighting if you have a tweak with it. It will beat any phone on speed and I mean any. I've tested it.

Aditya Salunke First of all, the longevity of the battery isn't only based on the amount of mah a phone carries. Optimization plays a n equally important role. And Sony is well known for its optimization. Secondly, the screen is far inferior to that of the XZ. XZ has Triluminos display and the X-reality engine. Both of them can be found on Sony's high-end SUHD TVs. Thirdly, I prefer the 23 megapixel camera with 5-axis stabilization over the 16 megapixel one of 3T's. Plus a dedicated shutter key is pretty useful, but Idk if 3T has one. But ofc it's an omission we can live with. Fourthly, I like the water-resistant feature on a smartphone. Fifthly, XZ has Qnovo charging future and the ability to charge the battery properly without overcharging. This serves for a better and longer battery life they claim. But think people change smartphones faster than the battery can faulter nowadays. But still it's a cool and reassuring feature. Additionally, I am a music fanatic and XZ supports hi-res audio via headphones. Front facing stereo speakers. Ps4 remote play when someone wants to use the TV too. These are some of the things that make me like the XZ. I also love the sleek design but that is just a matter of preference only. So to wrap it up, I would never consider getting OnePlus 3T over Xperia XZ.

Best sound from a wired connection via HiFi QuadDAC. Excellent video shooting options. Premium build(not the prettiest) with removable battery. IR blaster. Nice loud speaker quality. After that I got the 2.Samsung Galaxy S7/Edge. 3. Google Pixel/XL 4. Apple iPhone 7/Plus 5. One Plus 3/T.
i love my old lg v10 . 32 bit audio chang the battery 2 sim card slots and 2td sd card reader and very very solid and the camera video is still one of the best fully manual

Even if the 3T wasn't half the price, it would still be better than the rest. Keep in mind you can only put custom roms on the 3T and the Pixel. It outperforms every other phone in performance (maybe not the iPhone 7+..), it looks good and you don't really save on anything.

I know Samsung has two in my list and reason why is because of the different features they have; Note for the S-Pen, USB-C, Wireless charging which also the S7 Edge has, water resistance which the S7 Edge has as well and the expandable storage has.
Or, change the S7 Edge to the LG V20 so it's one of each phone.

I hear lots of people criticizing phones for looking the same. First off, they're all just rectangles with screens. Second, the brands all have a design look and stick to it for easy identification. Third, at this point, venturing into a different look that might resemble a different brand of phone is grounds to get sued.
I get the impression people are expecting something other than a rectangle with a screen.

Note 7 was my favourite but when it got recalled I moved to a oneplus 3 which is like lighting if you have a tweak with it. It will beat any phone on speed and I mean any. I've tested it.

Sethuna One Plus 3T can do all of that and cheaper 1080p display, Snapdragon 821 which ia better than the 820 in XZ, 4k recording and has a bigger battery
Aditya Salunke First of all, the longevity of the battery isn't only based on the amount of mah a phone carries. Optimization plays a n equally important role. And Sony is well known for its optimization.
Secondly, the screen is far inferior to that of the XZ. XZ has Triluminos display and the X-reality engine. Both of them can be found on Sony's high-end SUHD TVs.
Thirdly, I prefer the 23 megapixel camera with 5-axis stabilization over the 16 megapixel one of 3T's. Plus a dedicated shutter key is pretty useful, but Idk if 3T has one. But ofc it's an omission we can live with.
Fourthly, I like the water-resistant feature on a smartphone.
Fifthly, XZ has Qnovo charging future and the ability to charge the battery properly without overcharging. This serves for a better and longer battery life they claim. But think people change smartphones faster than the battery can faulter nowadays. But still it's a cool and reassuring feature.
Additionally, I am a music fanatic and XZ supports hi-res audio via headphones. Front facing stereo speakers. Ps4 remote play when someone wants to use the TV too.
These are some of the things that make me like the XZ. I also love the sleek design but that is just a matter of preference only.
So to wrap it up, I would never consider getting OnePlus 3T over Xperia XZ.

Best sound from a wired connection via HiFi QuadDAC. Excellent video shooting options. Premium build(not the prettiest) with removable battery. IR blaster. Nice loud speaker quality. Even if the 3T wasn't half the price, it would still be better than the rest. Keep in mind you can only put custom roms on the 3T and the Pixel. It outperforms every other phone in performance (maybe not the iPhone 7+..), it looks good and you don't really save on anything.
