How we can notice that allowy wheel or disc bend while I am rotating the wheel and braking time its shaking very well so I am still confuse that wheel prob or disc bend when I am riding time bike not at all having probs but braking time its too wrost. Thank you

Very useful info bro, everyone including me used to think that light weight alloys are much better and are more worth, but this is really important to understand that light weight alloys are not at all useful for indian road conditions, its good for track but not for road. So consider your purpose before choosing rc390 over apache rr310 ,or any other motorcycle.

was having similar problem met wit an accident and alloys got bent i figured out it later after my recovery wobbles and side pulling replaced alloy woble solved but still I dont know what causing the side pulling service centers not helping at all they are trying to loot money ill be making a video of it if i coudnt fix this

if chain is tight then also the wheel get tight..so do check the chain and.. if bearing is damage then can't we change new bearing??

for your front wheel you may have to check the disc rotor alignment too if it got bend due to impact, the wheel wont run freely as it comes in contact with the brake caliper.

It's possible to completely align the allow wheel to a tolerance in the range of millimeter by giving it to lathe operator it's as simple as that
Believe me I have seen people taking new alloy wheels to lathe workshop for perfect balancing and alignment!

Vikas bhai if its new tyre you can remold it twice. but for now once you can remold it will be like 60% tyre will be usable.out of 100% after remold it will be like 60%.

U mightb following it but still i wud like to share which i follow when i ride behind any car or a bus... When i m behind any bus or a car i ride my bike's wheel either behind left side wheel of a car or right side of a car/bus thts how potholes can b avoided..keeping our bike in the middle behind car will really hurt us in bad way like this... Really ktm is just for extreme enthusiast. No seat comfort, and on indian road, pot holes comes as surprise any time anywhere. In Gujarat here is no track at all so no track days.heating issue engine seizing,not smooth as japanese rivals still ktm is ktm.

Government should be fined for these potholes. It's their fault that our vehicles get damaged by bad roads.
Same thing happened with my apache180 both of the rims got bent even the front wheel was torn....got them replaced under insurance...8k was the cost
What the hell are people talking about? The wheels aren't more delicate than other alloys. Just imagine the magnitude of the impact which could even damage the bearing. Judging by the facts, I'm sure even a spoked wheel would've taken some beating from an impact like this.
