Thanks for the video, when you pay the deposit, do you have any problem getting it back? they don't try to trick you?

I always get the full insurance so the deposit is minimum and they charge me only if I lose the keys or forgot to put gas. One time I forgot the gasoline and they gave me time to go back and find a gas station so I didn't have to pay the fine. They are very honest in the azores, I have to say. That's my experience at least.
