    Although the 2018 SEMA Show doesn't officially start until Tuesday, there are still a ton of built up Jeeps out in front of the Las Vegas Convention Center and as you can imagine, many of them are the all new JL Wrangler. In this short pre-show video, you'll get to go on walk with Cindy and I and see some of the cool and crazy things that we've been seeing. We hope you enjoy.

    Yeah, I don't particularly like those bulbous type grills on the jeep. It takes away from the good looks of the jeep. And as for the big wheels, no thank you, in my humble opinion it turns it from a trail rig to a boulevard rig. Excellent coverage as always brother. Makes me feel like I'm there. Thank you. Looking forward to tomorrow's vlog!!

    I used to love 4 wheeling and wanted a Jeep. I had a 93 dodge Dakota in Hawaii. When I found your channel, I really like watching you do the things you do and why. My dream jeep would have the Dana 60's with the air system in them. and of course the AEV conversion. I will miss the rear bumper water tank but I do like that they raised the bumper in the front by 2 inches to make approach angles even better. I hope you got the skid plates for your axles I always wondered why people didn't use them. Keep up the good work I look for you all the time on my smartcast on tv.

    Been to SEMA a few times and I’m just like you and stick my nose into the builds like most car enthusiast because I like to see the in depth of the build BUT slight FYI not everyone at SEMA appreciates you touching there shit or just opening doors and touching body panels . I’ve seen a few owners flip shit cause the last thing they want is all this exposure and there cars are full of smudges after they spent countless hours or money paying people to walk around through out the show , day and night ,to be cleaning rigs up
    Food for thought

    • @wayalife
      @wayalife  6 років тому

      Just an FYI, SEMA is NOT opened to the public and I am covering the show as a JOURNALIST. I'm not touching "everyone's" Jeep. I am touching a few products on a select few Jeeps that are there to sell to guys like me. Vehicles that don't want to be touched are typically roped off. I've talked to numerous manufacturers about this and NONE of them had a clue as to what guys like you are talking about. If guys are afraid of having someone touch products on their Jeep, they're clearly not something I'd ever want to buy as clearly, the products aren't made to go off road. Finally, if guys don't want "exposure", they shouldn't be showing off their Jeeps at SEMA.

    @rebeloffroad sucks. If they build or even touch your Jeep, it will fall apart. They build mall crawlers--not real Jeeps. They "look" good on the street but the minute you take it for some REAL wheeling, expect problem after problem after problem.

      @@kylewlewis Actually, Kyle... Rebel built my first Jeep. It spent more time in Rebel's garage than it did my own. Always having to take it back to get fixed. I had to sell my Jeep and get a new one and take it to OCM to get built. That Jeep was fucked up by Rebel. And I know waaaaay too many serious off-roaders who have had the same experience. So it's pretty consistent. They build nice Jeeps for people who don't do serious wheeling... therefore they don't have many problems.
